Feeding is about more than what's on the plate! Did you know that digestive comfort, hydration, and bowel habits can all influence your little one's appetite and mealtime experiences?
Happy bellies is a parent and caregiver education workshop designed to explore the connection between gut health and feeding development in children birth-3 years.
Together, we'll explore common signs of constipation, the importance of hydration and fiber, how digestive discomfort may affect appetite, and practical ways to support comfortable, positive mealtime routines.
Our goal is to help caregivers feel more informed, confident, and empowered to support their little ones- because sometimes, we have to look beyond the bite to understand whats happening at mealtimes.
