Frequently Asked Questions

Investment
Investing in occupational therapy is an investment in understanding your child as a whole.
Our comprehensive 75-minute evaluation gives us the time to slow down, look beyond the surface, and explore the many factors that may be influencing your child’s feeding and development. Rather than focusing on one symptom or concern, we take a whole-body approach to better understand your child’s unique strengths, challenges, and needs.
Following the evaluation, you’ll receive a collaborative and personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your child and your family’s goals. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your concerns, practical next steps, and a plan for moving forward together.
Because your child deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach—they deserve care that looks at the whole picture.

Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service. MayBee Therapy accepts cash and credit cards and is currently an out-of-network provider. While we do not participate in-network with insurance plans at this time, we are happy to provide the documentation needed to help you pursue reimbursement through your insurance provider. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your child. We understand that little ones get sick and unexpected circumstances happen. When possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that the appointment may be offered to another family on our waitlist.
Consistent attendance is an important part of making meaningful progress. Families who accumulate three late arrivals, late cancellations, or missed appointments may be discharged from the practice. We encourage families to communicate with us if circumstances arise that may affect their ability to attend consistently.
Thank you for respecting the time set aside for your family and helping us provide thoughtful, individualized care to every little one we serve.
