Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, Credit cards, and our preferred method of ivy pay. I do not currently participate in-network with any insurance plans, however, I am happy to guide you through the process of receiving reimbursement.

 

I reserve the full time slot for you and your child. While I know sickness and unforeseen circumstances do occur, I kindly request a full 24 hour cancelation notice so that I may accommodate waitlisted families.

 

Please note: You will be discharged from the practice if you are late, cancel, or miss three appointments.
